Public Attributes
std::optional< std::string >	country {std::nullopt}
	ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 code, any case; unset draws the country as get_country() does (or by speakers of language, when set).
std::optional< std::string >	language {std::nullopt}
	ISO 639 code (fr), any case; narrows the draw to that language.
bool	weighted {true}
	Weighted by speakers (default); false makes every eligible tag, and every eligible country, equally likely.
